Accomplish this by giving people work that demands their best and opportunities to learn while keeping team members informed of new developments. Encourage problem solving instead of faultfinding disagree, but never say, “you’re wrong”. Deal with mistakes constructively and be ready to coach team members like recommending training courses for team members. Show you care by going to team members’ desk instead of asking them to come to your office when providing feedback.
